Several Zones to Choose From
The Zone Manifold System is available in two to four zone panels and in two pipe sizes: 1" and 1 1/4" to accomodate up to 220,000 BTUs.It may be used in conjunction with any direct flow boilers and may also be used with radiators, baseboards and radiant heating systems.
When ordering with the chart (right), please replace * in the model number with a P, E, or Z. This will determine which pump or zone valves are used in your Zone Manifold System. *Use P for Pump, E for ECM Pump, and Z for Zone Valves.

Not only does the Zone Manifold System come in a variety of zone options, the piping also varies based on the BTU needed.
For a maximum BTU of 140,000, the manifold system features a 1" pipe and a 1 1/4" pipe is used to achieve a BTU of 220,000. A built in bypass for primary and secondary applications is available on systems with 1" piping.
Quality Design
The Zone Manifold System utilizies the best componets in the industry. It features dual temperature and pressure gauges, a microbubble air elimination system, expansion tank, zone control panel and more. There's an isolation valve at each three speed circulators for serviceability and a purge station at the drain and shut off valve.
